The Historical Society of Blackfalds is running a Trivia contest about the history of Blackfalds. A new question each Thursday will be available either on the Town of Blackfalds website, or you can pick it up in person at Wadey Centre. For each correctly answered question, your name will be entered into a draw for $100 worth of gift certificates to be spent in Blackfalds at the Abbey Centre, After the Grind coffee shop or Dad’s Day Off Games and Hobbies. You can bring your answers to the Wadey Centre any Thursday afternoon up until April 23. On Thursday this week, the Wadey Centre is offering a chance to make your own Valentines. The cost will be $2 per card to cover costs of materials. Hope to see some of you there. It is open from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm this Thursday, January 30.
